Your Local Moverz

1. Acknowledgment of Excluded Items

Customer acknowledges that the following items are not covered under Your Local Moverz's standard liability or insurance due to their fragile, hazardous, or high-risk nature:

• Antique or fragile furniture (e.g., century-old wood, delicate inlays, glass tops)
• Electronics (e.g., flat-screen TVs, audio equipment, computers)
• Glass items (e.g., mirrors, tabletops, display cases)
• Pianos, organs, or other large musical instruments
• Marble, granite, or stone furniture
• Items with sentimental or irreplaceable value
• Any item not securely packed by the Customer

2. Assumption of Risk

Customer agrees that:

• They are solely responsible for any damages to these excluded items.
• Your Local Moverz will not be liable for breakage, scratches, dents, or other damage.
• They have been advised to seek specialized movers or insurance for these items.

3. Release of Liability

Customer waives all claims against Your Local Moverz for any damage, loss, or breakage related to excluded items, whether caused by negligence, accident, or unforeseen circumstances during loading, transit, or unloading.

4. Customer's Responsibility

• Customer must notify movers of any excluded items before loading.
• If excluded items are transported, Customer does so at their own risk.
